In the eighties it was esential to have at least one strapless dress with a ra-ra skirt. The rule was…the brighter the dress..the better. I spotted this beautiful green number on ASOS Â It comes in white or green and would look stunning with some stilletoes.
If you really want to go mad, throw on some chunky beads!!!
You may want to draw the line at leg warmers though!
